Ashley Judd’s sexual harassment claim against Harvey Weinstein has been dismissed after a Los Angeles judge threw out the claim. This is the second time the harassment case has been passed over. In September, the judge ruled that because Judd and Weinstein did not have a professional relationship established at the time, the star could not claim sexual harassment yet gave her time to amend her allegation. The Court today dismissed only one of Ms. Judd’s four claims of relief. Nevertheless, the Court ruled that the statute does not apply here.
