Reports available to Connect FM’s Omanbapa Morning Show indicate that the assembly member found the two teenagers: a 13-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy, in what he described as a compromising situation. According to the report, he took the teenagers to an unfinished building and ordered them to have sex as punishment for being in a relationship at what he considered a tender age. The viral footage is said to show the young boy being forced to insert his manhood into the girl while the assembly member and other unidentified individuals looked on. When contacted, the assembly member admitted the role he played in the incident, the report stated.
