Hollywood may be turmoil amid the writers and actors strikes, but it’s safe to say that the cast and creative team behind Netflix’s “Dahmer ― Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story” had a relatively good week. The 10-episode series, created by Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan, received a total of 13 Emmy Award nominations.
