Aureus School introduces SEND support technology for pupils

Aureus School has introduced two new SPINI VR Chairs to help pupils with sensory and neurological differences re-regulate and return to learning more quickly during the school day. Kirsty Rogers, headteacher at Aureus School, said: "We’re incredibly grateful to the Didcot Powerhouse Fund for enabling us to bring two SPINI VR Chairs into our school. "The SPINI VR Chair is designed to deliver quick and effective sensory regulation through gentle 360-degree movement and immersive, multi-sensory VR experiences. The grant was secured through a successful application by the Friends of Aureus School. Aureus School is part of the GLF Schools multi-academy trust.
