Australia sets pathway for Christmas reopening

Prime Minister Scott Morrison says states and territories — with the exception of Western Australia — are working on a plan to open up Australia's internal borders by Christmas, ABC News reports. Western Australia Premier Mark McGowan said the state has two remaining patients. "Both are in quarantine and will return to their home states when they have recovered. We've now gone seven days-straight with zero cases coming in from overseas.' Western Australia has gone 146 days without reporting community infections.
