Prime Minister Scott Morrison says states and territories — with the exception of Western Australia — are working on a plan to open up Australia's internal borders by Christmas, ABC News reports. We've now gone seven days-straight with zero cases coming in from overseas.' Western Australia has gone 146 days without reporting community infections.
