Talks are underway with two international major ground space station operators and other space agencies to support the Awarua Satellite Ground Station. Awarua Satellite Ground Station marketed in KoreaJOHN HAWKINS/FAIRFAX NZ Venture Southland business project manager Robin McNeill traveled to Korea last month to attend the Space Ops conference. "It was about establishing a ground station in Awarua and our experiences down there. McNeill's presentation on the Awarua station and how it began was highly attended, he said. At the conference, McNeill marketed Awarua to interested parties from all over the globe.
