AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) saw its net income in 2019 reach P641 million, up 15 percent from 2018’s P554 million on the strong performance of its core business. The company, formerly Prime Orion Philippines Inc., told the Philippine Stock Exchange its revenues stood at P5.3 billion versus the P3.36 billion a year earlier. Revenues from industrial lot sales saw a whopping 130-percent growth to P1.8 billion compared to the previous P786 million. Leasing revenues from warehouses recorded a 78-percent growth at P285 million, while commercial leasing revenues booked P848 million. It ended 2019 with 170,000 square meters (sqm) warehouse gross leasable area (GLA) and 84,000 sqm commercial GLA.
