The Government of Azerbaijan says on September 27, 2020 Armenian violated the ceasefire regime launching “another aggression against Azerbaijan”. “Full responsibility for the present situation falls on the political-military leadership of Armenia,” Azerbaijan said. “The armed forces of Armenia blatantly by intensively shelling the positions of the armed forces of Azerbaijan along the frontline, as well as the villages of Qapanli of Terter district, Chiragli and Orta Garavend of Aghdam district, Alkhanli and Shukurbeyli of Fizuli district and Jojuq Merjanli of Jabrayil district, using large-caliber weapons, mortar launchers and artillery,” said Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan. It indicated that there are reports of dead and wounded among civilians and military servicemen. Extensive damage has been inflicted on many homes and civilian infrastructure.
