Opposition leader Raila Odinga's Azimio coalition has curiously named more players into the dialogue team with Kenya Kwanza. The seven-member Azimio panel chaired by Rarienda MP Otiende Omollo has appointed Makau Mutua and Jeremiah Kioni as assisting counsel. The Azimio team also named Raila's long-serving lawyer Paul Mwangi as a joint secretary to the panel. The way Azimio has fashioned the panel means that Raila's team could be adamant about discussions outside Parliament. "This is an extra Parliamentary process initiated by the Principals of Kenya Kwanza and Azimio La Umoja one Kenya Alliance," Amollo said.
