She's an unlikely figure to find at a film award's ceremony. Yet Megan Barton Hanson made a surprise appearance at the 73rd British Academy Film Awards all the same at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday evening. The Love Island star, 25, looked stunning in a figure-hugging burgundy dress with a subtle slash up the leg as she strutted the red carpet. The World War I masterpiece took home seven gongs, which included the Best Film, Director, Outstanding British Film, Special Visual Effects, Cinematography, Production Design and Sound at the star-studded ceremony. Other A-lister wins included Laura Dern, 52, who won the Supporting Actress gong for her role as cutthroat lawyer Nora Fanshaw in Marriage Story.
