LoyolaThe Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is consolidating major real estate projects in the southern portion of Fort Bonifacio and has tapped urban developer Megaworld Corporation to help in managing the estate. The consolidation creates a new district which BCDA and Megaworld have decided to call the Bonifacio Capital District (BCD). Covering the southern part of Fort Bonifacio towards South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), the Bonifacio Capital District has a total land area of around 160 hectares. He added that, “we will also improve landscaping along the district’s major roads and designing the entire district with urban art installations.
