BMW Group India has announced a 5% growth in car sales for the period of January to June 2023, driven by high demand for its luxury vehicles. According to a report by Thehindu.com, Vikram Pawah, the president of BMW Group India, expressed his satisfaction with the record-breaking sales figures. Pawah also highlighted the BMW Group’s continued dominance in the electric luxury segment, thanks to its diverse electric portfolio, which includes models such as the BMW i7, BMW iX, BMW i4, and Mini SE. Pawah further stated, “During January-June 2023, the BMW Group has delivered 11 times more electric vehicles compared to the same period last year. In addition, BMW Group India aims to roll out three new motorcycles, with one yet to be released.
