Share TweetBy Betheena UniteRepresentatives of importers and other stakeholders have been ordered to register with the Bureau of Customs (BOC) as part of its stricter watch over transactions. The BOC is now requiring all representatives of stakeholders to register with the agency in compliance with Customs Administrative Order (CAO) No. 06-2019, which aims to tighten its watch over all those authorized to deal with the bureau. 06-2019 shall take effect 30 calendar days after its publication in the bureau’s Official Gazette or a newspaper of national circulation.
