John AmehThe Minister of Power/ Works/Housing, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, has said that the Federal Government must take full control of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway and the 2nd Niger Bridge by funding them adequately because of their critical nature. He holds the view that a Public Private Partnership option will only continue to delay the projects, much as it appears attractive.
