Rescuers on Tuesday pulled a 10-month-old boy alive from the rubble of a Russian apartment building collapse that killed at least nine people and left dozens missing. Russian news agencies later reported that crews had pulled two more bodies from the rubble. A section of the apartment building collapsed after a gas explosion Monday in Russia's Urals city of Magnitogorsk. Earlier Tuesday, rescue crews temporarily halted their search through the rubble while workers tried to remove or stabilize sections of the building in danger of collapse. In 2015, at least five people were killed when a gas explosion damaged an apartment building in the southern city of Volgograd.
