Baguio City records coldest temperature – The Manila Times


THE coldest temperature this year in Baguio City was recorded on Thursday at 10 degrees Celsius (C) as the northeast monsoon or amihan prevailed over Luzon and the Visayas, the state-run weather bureau said. This is the second coldest temperature recorded so far this year, following a 6.3C-temperature recorded in La Trinidad, Benguet on February 4. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration’s (Pagasa’s) forecast temperature in Baguio City is from 10C to 24C. Pagasa documented the all-time lowest temperature in the month of February in Baguio City at 6.7C on Feb. 1, 1963. In Metro Manila, the lowest temperature this year was registered at 18.5C at the Science Garden on Feb. 1 and 4.
