On Thursday, three people, including Counsellor (political), and Head of Chancery, Md Anisuzzaman, were injured when a group of Bangladeshi workers from Kuwaiti company Lesco attacked them. Around 300-400 Bangladeshi employees of Lesco had taken position in front of the Bangladesh Embassy, expressing grievances over arrears for the last three months, and iqama (work permit) issues.
