Photo: BigstockHe sent 15,000 Kuwaiti dinars earned through the scam to BangladeshA Bangladeshi expatriate has been arrested by Kuwait police for taking bribes from people in exchange for letting them illegally renew their car licence with the Ministry of Interior of the country. The arrested was identified as Saddam Hussein, reports Arab Times quoting Kuwait police. He earned 30,000 Kuwaiti dinars by executing the fraudulent operation in partnership with a staff member of the Ahmadi Traffic Department of the state over the last three months. Saddam confessed to being the middleman in the fraud — the Ahmadi Traffic Department staffer completed the transaction and Saddam handed back the licences to the customers. The Ahmadi Traffic Department employee was also questioned by Kuwait police.
