An estimated 11 million journeys are expected to be made over the Bank Holiday weekend as Covid restrictions ease. There was a similar picture in Wales, with long queues on the A55 today, North Wales Live reports. The pleasant weather marks a welcome break from the rain that has dominated the UK since the start of the month. Parts of Scotland and northern England even saw snow at the beginning of the month when temperatures of -5.5C were recorded.
