The future of cricket bar chain Sixes has been thrown into doubt after the group fell into administration (Picture: Sixes)A group of bars backed by cricket stars is facing an uncertain future due to ‘challenging’ trading. Sixes Social Cricket, which operates 17 venues across England and another in the West Indies, called in administrators on Wednesday, just days before the festive period. Its location in Southampton will close with immediate effect following the announcement, while all other sites will remain open as usual. Administrators say they are in talks with a ‘number of interested parties’ to salvage the chain. Mr Stokes was among the stars to invest in the chain through the 4Cast Investment Group, which also includes cricketers Jofra Archer and Stuart Broad.
