The Governor of Bayelsa State, Senator Douye Diri, yesterday reaffirmed his conviction on the fact that a united Nigeria is still possible if it is built on the principles of justice and equity. Diri stated this in Abuja during the House of Representatives Press Corps’ Annual Dinner and Award ceremonies where he received the Pride of The House of Representatives Award. While expressing his delight over the development of the Nigerian Press over the decades, he noted that there was still room for improvement. “I was actually shocked when I saw the level of what we have done recorded by the House of Representatives Press Corps.
