It’s truly lovely but I always default to the original fragrance with its notes of bergamot, frangipani and jasmine. Sniff its notes of orange flower, rose and fig and you’ll see what I mean. Body oils are also a key part of summer beauty for me. The Tom Ford Soleil Blanc Shimmering Body Oil (£75, tomford.co.uk) is always available but for me is a summer holiday buy. It can be used on face, body and hair and for many it’s a signature summer fragrance with its mix of orange blossom, magnolia and vanilla.
