An evacuation at the Bellingham International Airport in Washington state has been called off. Bellingham police said a piece of luggage that had tested positive for explosives was empty. — @BellinghamPDPolice deployed a bomb robot to X-ray the suitcase shortly after it was reported about 3 p.m. PT. The police said about 300 passengers were in the post-screening area at the time but were "fine and far from the area of concern." Police said the airport was evacuated "as a precaution."
