SOUTHERN and Middle Belt Forum (SMB) leaders on Monday charged President Muhammadu Buhari to immediately affect the sack and replacement of the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Ibrahim Kpotum Idris, for failure to stop the ongoing carnage by armed Fulani herdsmen against people of Benue.
