The Washington Post reports that Biden is also considering calls for a constitutional amendment that would eliminate presidential immunity, just affirmed by the Court earlier this month. If it wasn’t for Biden’s lawfare against Trump, then the notion of even considering an amendment eliminating presidential immunity would never have arisen. However, it will still be used by Biden and the Democrats for political fodder in an election year. This is what Joe Biden is reduced to as he falls further behind Donald Trump in the polls.
