The court has on Friday issued a ruling suspending the expulsion of former Ndaragwa Constituency Member of Parliament Honourable Jeremiah Kioni. In a big blow to Kanini Kega and Sabina Chege who have alleged to be the legitimate leaders of the party, the court Overturned their expelling if Jeremiah Kioni. Also favoured in the new court ruling is Jubilee party vice chairperson David Murathe who has secured an order stopping his removal as a Jubilee party member. This comes at a time when the Kanini Kega faction has also been expelled from the Jubilee party by the Jubilee party National Delegates Convention held by His Excellency the former Head of State president Uhuru Kenyatta. Already, Raila Odinga's Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance has threatened to paralyse everything if William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza died not stop meddling in the affairs of Jubilee party.
