They came well-prepared early in the morning with JCB machines, which they used to load the 20 poles into a semi-trailer before making their getaway. ROBBERS NABBED, POLICE TRYING TO SNIFF OUT MASTERMINDUnfortunately for them, the incident was recorded on a mobile camera by a morning walker, who soon informed the electricity department and the police.
