"When our team rushed to the spot, we found 40 bikers and an organiser there. They were participating in `Indian National Challenge Bike Racing' at Manchal mandal. On his invitation, 40 racing enthusiasts, including three women, from across the country reached the city two days ago. Villagers panicked. A case was registered against the organiser under section 188 of the IPC and section 189 of the MV Act.
