LOADING ERROR LOADINGFormer President Bill Clinton flatly insisted Friday there was nothing improper about his relationship with the sex predator and financier Jeffrey Epstein. “I had no idea of the crimes Epstein was committing,” Clinton told members of Congress during a sworn deposition in which lawmakers planned to ask about photos of him in Esptein’s company. I saw nothing, and I did nothing wrong.”House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-Ky.) said before the depostion that Republicans would ask Clinton about the images of him with Epstein. He’s said he was unaware of Epstein’s sex crimes, which came to public attention years later. Comer’s committee subpoenaed both Bill and Hillary Clinton for their testimony about Epstein on a near-unanimous bipartisan basis.
