Their products are classified as tobacco, which requires purchasers to be 21 years old. It’s too tempting to youngsters to have such shops near their schools. Many convenience stores also sell vape products; it would be difficult to ban them, too. Vape shop workers just need to be responsible regarding underage customers. It may sound like a good idea, but it could needlessly punish business owners.
