Gilmour is regarded as a future star at Stamford Bridge but Thomas Tuchel is keen for the Scotland international to get regular first-team football next season. Newcastle United have also been interested in a loan move but Sky Sports News report the Canaries are now on the verge of sealing a move. Gilmour is expected to be handed a key role in Daniel Farke’s newly promoted side. The France international has reportedly agreed a deal to join AC Milan despite the club triggering a contract extension last month.
