In fact, Mehra approached Dutee and her coach N Ramesh through Rupinder Singh, a renowned athletics commentator before the Olympics. The Sports Authority of India (SAI) had conducted tests on Dutee on a request from the Athletics Federation of India in June, 2014. The movie makers are now in touch with a Bangalore-based sports management company who are negotiating the terms on behalf of Dutee.
