At least four persons were killed in a blast at an explosives factory in Chittorgarh district on Thursday, police said. “The blast occurred in the explosives factory near Rawatbhata. Local police have rushed to the spot,” Prasanna Kumar Khamesra, Superintendent of Police, Chittorgarh, told PTI. Four persons were killed. “As per the initial report, the factory was licensed,” he added.
