The Fire Service has subdued the fire that broke out at a petrol pump and CNG filling station in Mohakhali. The blaze started around 7:15pm at Eureka Enterprise near Mohakhali Rail Gate. The Fire Service deployed 10 units, backed by two Air Force teams, and contained the flames by 7:45pm. An employee of the refuelling station, Al Amin, said the fire ignited while fuel was being transferred from a vehicle to the tank. Traffic from Mohakhali towards Jahangir Gate was halted, with one lane of the flyover also closed.
