Bloomberg Media hires agency veteran Andrew Benett to oversee ad sales, marketing Photo: Bloomberg MediaBloomberg Media has tapped creative agency veteran Andrew Benett as global chief commercial officer, a newly created role that combines oversight of the media company’s advertising sales with its ad and marketing services offerings. Mr. Benett, who was most recently global chief executive of ad agency Havas Creative Group, will report to Bloomberg Media Chief Executive Justin B. Smith. As Bloomberg increasingly invests in marketing services, Mr. Benett joins a growing group of agency transplants. Months earlier, it launched a business-to-business marketing services group to be led by a former media agency boss, Steven Feuling. Jacki Kelley, another former media agency leader, joined a few years ago as chief operating officer of Bloomberg Media.
