BOSTON—The Blue Jays are headed back to the post-season for the second consecutive year, thanks to a 2-1 victory over the Red Sox at Fenway Park on the final day of the season. They earn the top AL wild-card spot and will host the Baltimore Orioles in one-game playoff on Tuesday at the Rogers Centre. In the fifth inning, Travis broke a scoreless tie with a solo homer off David Price above the Green Monster. The Jays were competing for a wild-card berth with the Orioles and Tigers — but not so desperately. There was never a do-or-die feeling for the Jays on this rainy Papi-palooza afternoon at Fenway.
