An ISF, if ever proposed, would be an operational military instrument with a separate mandate, separate approvals, and separate conditions. ▪️ The UN Security Council approval (13–0) establishes that the Gaza Peace Plan and the Board of Peace carry formal international legal backing, not an ad-hoc or unilateral initiative.
