The body of a Leitrim pensioner is being exhumed as gardaí issued a new appeal about the circumstances of his death in 2020. Gardaí said the exhumation of 87-year-old Liam Farrell is an attempt to “get clarity” over how he died. The retired farmer died on January 12, 2020.
