No Winnipeg running back has ever led the CFL in rushing three years in a row. Andrew Harris got off to a good start, though, and is one of the three stars of the week as a result. Harris rumbled for 148 yards on 16 carries in Winnipeg’s 33-23 season-opening win in Vancouver on the weekend. He also caught five passes for 27 yards, for a total of 175 combined yards. Edmonton took the top two player awards, quarterback Trevor Harris and running back CJ Gable taking the honours.
