Regarding long-term domestic play, we're probably looking at a multiplier between 2.19x (Fast and Furious) and 2.43x (Fast Five). And the $532m worldwide opening, in 2D no less, claimed the biggest global debut ever, just ahead of the $529m opening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It has around $558m worldwide counting the updated China totals, which means it may (emphasis on may) cross $600m worldwide today.
