Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed a 999 call was made at around 1.45am this morning with reports of the concern for the welfare of a boy in a car park near Queen Street in Devon. The 17-year-old, from the Cullompton area, was taken to hospital by an ambulance and was later confirmed dead. A 16-year-old female, 17-year-old male and an 18-year-old male have all been arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs. “The Local Investigation Team, Public Protection Unit and Neighbourhood Policing Team are now working to establish the cause of his death. Three police cars, a van and police officers are currently guarding both entrances to the area around Sherborne House and the Halcyon Road car park.
