Little Vinnie Devlin was found unconscious after sparking a huge police response when his parents could not find him. Gemma, who called the police, said on Tuesday: “We thought he went upstairs to play with his sister - they always play together. I checked the car and was shouting ‘Vinnie’ but he didn’t hear me because he must’ve passed out in there. “I took his clothes off and the paramedics gave him water and luckily he was all right. Officers opened it up and took Vinnie into the family’s living room, where paramedics treated him.
