A 32-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Rebekah Harry, 29, following a domestic assault in an apartment in Montreal's LaSalle borough. McIntyre also faces an assault charge in relation to a second person on the same day as the alleged murder. Police say McIntyre was also in the apartment at the time. Rebekah Harry, 29, died Tuesday after a domestic violence incident on Saturday morning. Community groups and opposition politicians say the province didn't set aside enough money in Thursday's budget to address the problem.
