A teaching assistant at a Brampton school has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault investigation allegedly involving a student. Nakeshia Lowe, 27, has been charged with sexual assault and sexual exploitation. According to Peel Regional Police, the assistant works at North Park Secondary School. Anyone with information on this investigation is being asked to call the special victims unit at 905-453-2121 ext. A police spokesperson said the incident occurred in May; officers are concerned there may be additional victims.
