Monrovia Club Breweries’ lead at the top of the ongoing Liberia Football Association’s Orange Sponsored First Division league has been reduced to four points. Sheku Sheriff put the Shipping Boys in the lead on 32 minutes before Alloy Brown and Amadiah Kawah tripled their lead in the 64 and 80th minutes. It was LISCR’s first win since a 2-1 defeat to Breweries at the Antoinette Tubman Stadium (ATS) on 15 January. And defending champions LPRC Oilers were held to a 1-1 draw by Freeport FC at the ATS. William Freeman put Oilers in the lead on 17 minute but defender and Captain Alvin Maccornel was sent-off in the 26th minute for a reckless challenge on Freeport FC winger Jokie Solo.
