Goalkeeping coach Brian Jensen has left League Two club Shrewsbury Town. The former Burnley and West Bromwich Albion keeper, 50, has been with Salop since joining from Bury in June 2019. In a statement,, external Shrewsbury thanked Jensen for his "dedication" and his "significant contribution on and off the pitch". Jensen added: "I've really enjoyed my time at Shrewsbury Town and I'm grateful for the opportunity the club has given me. Salop are currently 22nd in the table, three points outside the relegation zone, having drawn against Barnet in Cowan's first game in charge.
