Her husband Craig, who is also known as Jack, made a hysterical 999 call to emergency operators claiming to have found his wife lying on the stairs. Police sources in France told the Daily Record: “Neighbours heard them arguing the day before. “His wife had only arrived in France a few days before as she had not been allowed to travel due to the coronavirus pandemic. If the pretrial judge determines the case should be prosecuted, the judge will make an order for transfer to the district court of appeal for prosecution before being heard in a felony court.
