Britney has now asked the court, via her mum Lynne Spear's attorney, if the star can have her own lawyer, after she has been unrepresented since the resignation of Sam Ingham, who had represented her from 2008. In documents filed by her mum Lynne's attorney said: 'After 13 years of court-appointed counsel, Ms Spears wants to select her own counsel.
