The PhilGEPS website does maintain a list of merchants that have been banned from future transactions with the government because of past irregularities. This allows you more than just access to government procurement opportunities, but you’ll also receive a PhilGEPS certificate, which is needed for most government procurement contracts. A platinum membership will also allow you to participate in the recently launched virtual store through the MPhilGEPS site for platinum members.
