Darren Rathband, who's twin brother David took his own life after the murderous monster shot him twice at close range, said the three-part series, The Hunt For Raoul Moat, was a "parody". The 55-year-old said: “This ITV drama should be a comedy — or at least a parody set with the Benny Hill theme music."
